Proposed Digital Initiative

To tackle the strategic challenges previously identified, our proposed initiative is Lego Learn: a subscription based service where parents receive a regular delivery of educational Lego sets, and have the option to trade them in for credit. An app will complement the subscription, to cater to customer demand for digital engagement. This initiative leverages data and AI to personalise the specific Lego sets.
